INVITROS is the leading supplier of medical and laboratory equipment in Latvia. The business began in 1991 as laboratory equipment department of the joint stock company AMERILAT. Department deals with sales of laboratory equipment. In July 1999 it was decided to separate the department as independent company INVITROS Ltd. From end of 1999, Invitros is fully private company with stock capital 115 000 EUR and total own capital today more than 3 000 000 EUR. The turnover of the company was 7,2 million EUR in 2006, 9,3 million EUR in 2007 and expected to be 12 million EUR in 2008.

The company has office (550 sq. m.) and stock rooms (1500 sq. m.) in Riga. INVITROS currently employs 41 people (12 sales/product specialists, 10 service engineers).

We are distributors in Latvia of Roche Diagnostics, Becton Dickinson, Diamed, ABX, Sanyo, Sebia, Biosystems, Cormay, AMP Medizintechnik, MaiMed, Iris Diagnostics, Alifax, Gosselin, AB Biodisk, Diasys. We perform marketing and sale of instruments and reagents as well as technical service and adaptation of this equipment to specific local requirements. INVITROS also provide product registration, translation of instructions, custom clearance, etc. The company offers training of specialists who work with the equipment and reagents.

Our clients are not only hospitals and outpatient clinics, but also environmental, pharmaceutical, educational and control laboratories, private doctors offices, diabetes educational centres in Latvia.
